Passion and PrecisionHead Chef Todd Stuart completed his training in his native Dunedin, New Zealand, under the renowned New Zealand Chef Michael Coughlin. Todd has over 19 years’ experience having spent many years cooking in restaurants throughout NZ, London and the east coast of Australia before settling in Perth in 2007. While working as Head Chef at Bouchard he won “Best New Restaurant” at the 2009 Restaurant and Catering Awards and “Best European Restaurant” at their 2010 event. Since opening Petite Mort in August 2011, Todd has also been awarded “Best New Restaurant” 2012-2013 and two star restaurant for 2014-2015 by the WA Good Food Guide and the Restaurant and Catering Awards. Petite Mort was also a national finalist at the 2012-2013 Restaurant and Catering Awards.

Our Signature Degustation offers 10 glorious courses of pure indulgence and can be ordered with a wine pairing. If you are short on time, why not spoil yourself with our set menu Lunch? Available on Thursdays and Fridays. Or, for a lighter meal, we invite you to choose your favourite courses from our 3 Course menu (lunch or dinner) with a choice of five savoury dishes and four deserts during the week.
